Move-in information
- Your move-in date is the beginning date of your lease. After paying both rent deposit and first month rent, you will be able to collect the keys of the apartment.
- Please call property manager to confirm your key pick up appointment time. Keys must be picked up between 9 AM to 5 PM on the day your lease starts.
- Cable and Internet installation must take place during office hours. Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
- The electric and gas must be transferred into your name on lease start date.
- Moving boxes, after collapsed, should be disposed properly.

- Send you general information.
Therefore, it is important to inform us regarding any changes in email addresses.
Also, some email programs block addresses as spam, even those are from legitimate sources. Therefore, we recommend adding accounts@myheritagevillage.com and noreply@mail.hellosign.com to your “Safe Senders” list, not to miss any important email from us.
